Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order? Simply choose the products you like and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready, click on your cart to check out. You can order with an account or as a guest
Which payment methods can I use? You can pay safely with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, and PayPal. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, but please be quick! We process orders very fast. Send us a message via the contact form or use the “Cancel button” on the details screen of your order. If the package has already left our warehouse, you can easily return it after you receive it.
Shipping and Delivery
What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs vary by country. You can find a detailed overview of the costs for your location in this list
When will I receive my order? We ship your order the next business day via GLS. Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes place the following day. For other countries, shipping may take a few additional days
How can I track my order? As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to see exactly when the courier will arrive. With FlexDelivery from GLS, you can also choose the delivery time or location yourself.
Returns
I want to return a product, how do I do that? No problem! You have 30 days to decide if you are happy with your purchase. Want to return something? Simply register your return via your account or send an email to sales@sinnshine.eu. We will then arrange a time for GLS to pick up the product from your location.
When will I get my money back? Once we have received and checked your return package, we will refund your payment. It usually appears in your account within a few business days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
