30-Day Trial Period You have 30 days to try out any product purchased at Sinn Shine. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item free of charge within this 30-day period without providing a reason. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. While a reason is not required, we appreciate your feedback to help us improve our products.

How to Return a Product To initiate a return, contact us at sales@sinnshine.eu or fill out the electronic form found in your account under My Account > Order History > Return Item(s). We will then arrange for the items to be picked up. More information on your Right to Cancel can be found here
