Which personal data do we process?
When you place an order with Sinn Shine we record the following personal data:
- Name
- Address
- Possibly a different delivery address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- IP address
If you pay the order via a Dutch bank, we also record your bank account number. Nothing is recorded for all other payment methods. We also record all email and telephone contact, including any personal data that you provide us in that way.
Our website does not intend to collect data about visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. For what purpose do we record personal data?
Sinn Shine records your personal data to be able to execute your order in our online store. We also offer you the possibility to create an account, with which you can track your orders and with a subsequent order, not have to re-enter all personal data.

How does Sinn Shine protect your personal data?
Sinn Shine has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or against any other form of unlawful processing.
Your personal data will not be kept longer than the legally stipulated retention periods. Then they are destroyed.
Your personal data are encrypted during the ordering process and sent encrypted over the internet. Credit card and other payment details are not stored, but processed directly by our payment service provider Pay.nl.
Access to your account is only possible after entering your personal password. To prevent unauthorized access to your data, always log out and close the browser window when you leave our website, especially if you share your computer with others.
Perception, improvement and deletion of your data
